Shipping
Most orders arrive within one business week; however, please allow up to 10 business days from placing your order for fulfillment, shipping, and handling before contacting USPS or UPS for an update.
We ship to the address provided at checkout—please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. Once a package is shipped and accepted by the carrier, Pineapple Paisley Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly for next steps.
Local Pickup
Those who select local pickup at checkout online can pick up their order at our store at 537 Main St, Shelbyville, KY 40065. Orders must be picked up within 7 days or item(s) will be returned to stock.
Returns & Exchanges
Here at Pineapple Paisley Boutique, we pride ourselves on quality items but we do understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit. At this time we do offer exchanges or returns for store credit only within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags still attached (once tags are removed we cannot accept the item). To request an exchange or return, you must email us at lauren@pineapplepaisley.com or come in store within 10 days of purchase or online order being received. Any request outside of this window will not be accepted.
For online purchases - buyers are responsible for return shippingÂ
All items marked Sale or purchased with a discount are Final Sale (cannot be returned or exchanged).
Only clothing items are eligible for returns/exchanges. All other items (shoes, jewelry, hats, accessories, etc) are Final Sale.

Unfortunately our website doesn't always update our inventory fast enough.  If you place an order for an item online and we do not have it in stock, we will immediately refund you for that item. The refund will be sent back to your original form of payment.Â
