Refund policy
Here at Pineapple Paisley Boutique, we pride ourselves on quality items but we do understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit. At this time we do offer exchanges or returns for store credit only within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags still attached (once tags are removed we cannot accept the item). To request an exchange or return, you must email us at cs@pineapplepaisley.com or come in store within 10 days of purchase or online order being received. Any request outside of this window will not be accepted.
For online purchases - buyers are responsible for return shipping
All items marked Sale or purchased with a discount are Final Sale (cannot be returned or exchanged).
Only clothing items are eligible for returns/exchanges. All other items (shoes, jewelry, hats, accessories, etc) are Final Sale.
